Through providing strategic advice and overseeing the onsite implementation of compliance and best practise, we support festival teams to manage consistent approaches to health and safety across both the event and the vast range of vendors and contractors engaged.

For two decades we’ve had a variety of integral roles in live events and world tours. Our risk assessments are written by safety practitioners with a career of experience and expertise in live production, meaning our approach is empathetic to the reality of modern touring. As well as providing the documentation touring acts are required to present to local promotors in different countries, we put “boots on the ground,” looking at the equipment, and talk to the people touring during the planning stage, rehearsals and live shows.

TESS brings an experienced creative safety team to support global sport and eSport events, putting your participants and spectators in safe hands.

TESS offers planning, construction and operational solutions for the unique requirements of cultural events. We have planned for crowd safety at Royal celebrations, risk assessed art installations, and overseen city-wide parades across the globe. Often working closely with local authorities and emergency services, TESS coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver a core safety plan and a memorable event.
